A complete CNC machine shop was established to cater the needs of global and domestic customers in delivering precision machined components and machined casting parts in 2004. Plant is well-resourced with the cutting-edge imported machines including CNC turning machines, vertical machining centre, horizontal machining centre, honing machines and other finishing processes.

The plant was initiated to engender hydraulic cylinder Tube S/As and piston rods for steering applications in Tractors, Trucks and Buses. The initial capacity of the plant was 1500 tube S/As per month. Currently, the plant operates at a manufacturing capacity of 30000 Tube S/As and 5000 piston rods.

Surfine Tools ventured into manufacturing of Rack & Pinion hydraulic power steering tube S/As in 1997, with the dynamic upsurge of automotive components and power steering. The plant that started off with an initial capacity of 500 Tube S/As per month, at present is ramped up to a maximum of 55000 Tube S/As capacity and incorporates domestic and export requirements.
